How your pool gets built
A clear process, with you informed at every stage.
- Design & budget consultationThe first real conversation. We talk through your space, your family’s needs, and a number that’s honest in both directions.
- 3D designYour actual backyard, modeled in 3D, so you can see and approve exactly what will be built before a permit is filed.
- EngineeringWe prepare all structural and engineering drawings for your approval.
- PermittingWe file your permit applications, track their status, and respond to any requests for additional information. We schedule the required inspections at each phase, and no stage of construction begins before its permit is approved.
- Excavation & shellWith permits in hand, excavation begins. We excavate to the approved depth and shape and install the steel rebar cage to structural engineering specifications.
- Plumbing & equipmentWe install the rough plumbing (suction, return, and feature lines routed per the approved plan), pour the equipment pad, and position the filtration, pump, heater, and automation equipment. We coordinate the electrical rough-in for equipment and lighting circuits and schedule the required rough-plumbing inspection.
- Tile, coping & deckThe materials you chose at the showroom, installed exactly as approved. We install waterline tile and any accent tile per the approved design, set the coping (the cap and edge of the pool shell) in the profile and material you selected, and install your deck surface: pavers, cool deck, travertine, or another approved material.
- Plaster & startupWe apply the interior plaster in the finish and color you approved. Optionally, we also manage the startup chemical protocol for the critical first weeks, because improper startup can permanently damage the plaster surface.

Boynton Beach pool questions
How much does a custom pool cost in Boynton Beach?
The cost depends on pool size, deck materials, features such as a spa or outdoor kitchen, and site conditions. After a site visit, we give you a detailed written estimate so you know what to expect before you commit.
How long does it take to build a pool?
Timelines depend on design, permitting, HOA approval, and the size of the project. We give you a schedule at the start and keep you updated as work moves forward.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare the plans and documents needed for city permitting and HOA review, so you don’t have to manage that process alone.
Can I add an outdoor kitchen or pergola?
Yes. We design pools, spas, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas together, so the whole space feels like one project.
Do you work outside Boynton Beach?
Yes. We build throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Boca Raton, Parkland, and Westlake.
