How is your Payment Schedule?

At Aquafresh Pools & Spa, payments follow the real milestones of your build. You pay as the work progresses, never ahead of it. Our standard schedule: 15% Deposit: Covers design, engineering, and permit applications. 25% at Construction Start: Due when construction officially begins. 30% at Excavation: Due when pool excavation begins. 25% at Deck and Equipment Installation: Due once the decking and pool equipment are installed. 5% Final Payment: Due at project completion. Every project is different. Depending on complexity and specific requirements, your schedule may be adjusted to fit. Your final payment terms, milestones, and conditions are written into your construction contract before any work begins, so you always know what’s due, when, and why. How Long Does It Take to Build a Pool?

Most Aquafresh Pools & Spa projects take 4 to 6 months from signed contract to first swim. Your timeline depends on project complexity, permitting, HOA approvals, and weather. Phase 1: Design, Engineering & Approvals (1-3 months) We finalize your custom design, prepare engineering plans, secure permits, and obtain any required HOA approvals. Phase 2: Construction (approximately 90 days) Once we break ground, a standard pool project takes around 90 days to complete, weather permitting.
