Designed with two generous sun shelves, an integrated spa, and a streamlined layout, this backyard offers multiple ways to relax and enjoy the South Florida lifestyle.
Custom Features That Make The Difference
French Gray Pool Finish
The French Gray interior finish creates a sophisticated, modern appearance, enhancing the depth and richness of the water while complementing the light-colored marble decking.
Integrated Spa
The 7.5 × 11 spa adds a dedicated space for relaxation while maintaining the clean, cohesive aesthetic of the overall pool design. Its Sparle Breeze Blue tile adds a distinctive finishing detail.
Two Spacious Sun Shelves
Two 6.5 × 16 sun shelves provide generous shallow-water areas for lounging and enjoying the pool. These features add versatility to the design while creating a resort-inspired atmosphere.
Ice White Sandblasted Marble Deck
The Ice White sandblasted marble decking brightens the outdoor space and provides a refined contrast against the darker pool interior. Its natural stone texture complements the home’s contemporary architecture.
Mesh Pool Safety Fence
A black mesh pool safety fence surrounds the pool area, providing a designated safety barrier while maintaining visibility across the backyard.
